Each of our bedrooms has a unique style and identity. Our rooms are well-appointed with luxurious amenities to create a retreat away from home. THE LIVING AREAS
The living areas are the heart of the home. 151 House features a designer kitchen, an open living area, and a 16-person dining room. With bespoke furnishings, high-end finishes, 11’ ceilings and panoramic views of the lake, you’ll be hard to convince to venture outside.
Kitchen

The custom Italian Valcucine kitchen features modern cabinetry, stainless steel countertops, lift-up doors, a large island and Gaggenau and Sub-Zero appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is also a Butler’s pantry for plenty of grocery storage.
Living

The large, open living area features 11’ ceilings, steel I-beam construction, and panoramic views of the lake. The living room has a gas fireplace and a large-screen TV.
Dining

The dining table seats 16 people comfortably and the adjacent island can seat four more.
