Over 3000 sq ft of porches covered in Brazilian Hardwood known as IPE. Each primary suite has an all-glass wall facing the lake with private porch access. The upper lounge is equipped with a wet bar that opens to an 800 square foot porch with exterior TV and gas fire pit. The house also features an FireMagic grilling station, outdoor ping pong table, and a lakeside fire pit. There is also a beach area for easy access to the lake.
